He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Boker of Peoria, Ariz. and Jolena Boker (McMillen) of Great Bend; his daughters, Zoey May Boker of Great Falls and Mont (Laily Faye Boker); his sisters, Kristin Bridges (Russell) of Oakdale, Calif and Nicole Horner (Jarred) of Great Bend; and his uncle Brian McMillen.
