The memory of Bill Wayne Madden of Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 98, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Madden and Hazel Madden (Smith); his siblings, Carl Madden Jr., Bette Kennedy, Dorothy Davis and Martha Marshall; his son Thomas T. Madden; his grandson David Madden; and his great grandchild Isaiah Madden.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Madden of Great Bend, KS; his daughters, Pam Hendricks (Kerry) of Great Bend, KS and Tamara Madden of Hutchinson, KS; and his grandchildren, Rick Hendricks, Kevin Hendricks (Abby), Thomas W. Madden (Elizabeth), Julie Boeckman (Matt), Breiane Madden and Tyler Young. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Minnis Chapel (113 N Main St, Ellinwood, KS 67526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (503 A SE 110 Ave, Ellinwood, KS 67526).
