He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Powers and Roberta Powers (Cutts); his wife Violet Powers; his brothers, Ralph Powers, Jr., Richard Powers and Jackie Powers; and his great grandchild Emma Violet.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Goetz (Steve) of Great Bend, Mark Powers (Cheryl) of Wichita and Carol Sattarin (Hameed) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Tamra Harvell, Cynthia Frohling (Phil) and Brandon Sattarin; and his great grandchildren, Promise, Chloe, Ailey, Logan and Olivia.
