He is survived by: his wife Janis Millard; his children, Valerie Ann Romine (Kent) of Great Bend and Benjamin Scott Millard (Hsiao Lan Sun); his grandchildren, Chad Romine (Taylor) of Quinter and Ryan Romine of Great Bend; his sister Sandra Kay Jensen (Lester) of Bolivar, Missouri; his nieces, Kim John of Bolivar and Kari Blakely of Manhattan; and his brothers-in-law, V. C. Stutz, III of Mission, George Stutz of Liberty, Jerry Stutz of Houston, Jimmy Stutz (Betty) of Rockport and Roger Stutz (Linda) of Houston, Texas.
