We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Jo Ritter of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Drake and Juanita Drake (Baughman); her husband Gene Ritter (Lugene); her sons, Doug (James) and Randy Ritter (Randall); and her brothers, Chuck Drake (Charles), Ed Drake (Carl) and Jimmie Drake.
She is survived by: her sons, Ben Ritter (Charlene) of Oregon City and Oreg; her daughter-in-law Karen Ritter (Doug) of Wichita; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Keith Ritter (Becky) of Hoisington and Mary Drake of Great Bend; and her grandchildren, Aaron (Natalie), Tisha, Ashley (Ahren), Amber (Chris), Natalie, Kathryn, Scott and Emily. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to First Christian Church or to the USD 431 Education Foundation, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
