He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Jaske and Louise Jaske (Doxon); his former wife Patricia Weston; and his daughter Debbie Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Sue Jaske; his children, Kevin Jaske (Devonna) of Lyons, Mark Jaske of Lyons, Brad Ballard of Poulsbo, Wash, Chris Seyfert (Chelsea) of Weeping Water, Neb., Doug Clark of Great Bend, Brenda Clark of Great Bend and Jamie Miller (Kevin) of Great Bend; and his brother Jim Jaske of Wichita. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
