With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albertine Josephine Foos of Great Bend, Kansas, born in Victoria, Kansas, who passed away on June 11, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonse Schmidtberger and Claire Schmidtberger (Graf); her husband Clarence Foos; her daughter Cathy Foos; and her siblings, Mike Schmidtberger, Bob Schmidtberger, Linus Schmidtberger, Mary Schmidtberger, Hubertine Schultz, Minnie Roth and Vivian Schmidtberger.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis Foos (Kay Tally Foos) of Kerrville, Craig Foos (Valerie) of Lawrence, Cynthia Klotz (Don) of Pleasant Hill and Carla Schmidt (Wayne) of Pleasant Hill; her siblings, Marvin Schmidtberger (Nancy) of Pratt, Edna Ptacek of Minneapolis and Rosie Leiker of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Jennifer McMinn, Jessica Burch, Claire Tally Foos, Kate Thomas (Josh), Fred Tally Foos, Joe Tally Foos, Alisha Smith and Joshua Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Haylee McDaniel, Kameron McDaniel, Brantlee Burch, Dominic McKinsey, Donivon Hopewell and Draiden Hopewell.
Memorials may be given to Hutchinson Hospice of Reno County, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
