She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Foos and Elizabeth Foos (Koch); her husbands, Gaylon Clayton and Max Douglas; and her siblings, Helen Schaben, Floyd Foos and Leonard Foos.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Myers (Randy) of Great Bend and David Douglas (Connie) of Cozad, Neb.; her stepchildren, Debbie Gartner (Frank) of Dublin and Scott Douglas (Carla) of Brentwood, Calif.; her grandsons, Nathan Myers (Brianna) of Hays, Travis Myers of Great Bend and Denton Douglas (Sheena) of Tecumseh, KS; her stepgrandchild Alesha Gartner of Dublin; her close friend Jorge Barailar (Matthew Gartner); her great grandchildren, Bentley Douglas and Xander Myers; her stepgreat-grandsons, Brayden Barailar and Gavin Gartner; her brother Clarence Foos (Ethel) of Bazine; and her sister-in-law Enid Foos of Lincoln, Neb.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
