With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Marie Drain (Grantville, Kansas), born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on March 7, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett "Red" and Helen Taylor (Huntsman); her brothers, Mike and Gary Taylor; her daughter Lucinda "Cindy" Drain Huett; and her son-in-law Darrin Huett.
She is survived by: her husband Albert "Elmer" Drain August; her daughter Kim Schroeder (Wally) of Topeka; her grandchildren, Angel Creech, Derek Huett and Dora Neeley (Travis); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Alexa Haverkamp, Audrianna Creech, Jaydin and Caleb Neeley.
