He is survived by: his sons, Matt Smith (Tammy) and Aaron Smith; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Davis, Kaitlyn Smith and Tabitha Smith; his great grandchild Averie Farrow; and his siblings, Tommy Smith and Cindy Engroff.
