He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford James and Theodora "Dora" Gertrude Bland (Wessel). He is survived by: his son Clinton James (Micki Shipley) of Hoxie; his grandchild Audrea Lynn Chappell; his wife Gayle; his children, Dennis Bland of Gove and Audrea Chappell of Hunington; and his grandchildren, Zoey Bland, Alexander Bland and Isabelle Chappell. He is also survived by his wife and children.
