She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel and Byron; her husband Dean; her siblings, Marion, Vivian and Geneva; and her daughter Donna.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy (Vick) of Wichita, Kansas and Jim of Grainfield; her son-in-law Rand Levy of Champion, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Cherise Moore (Brock) of Derby, Lori Stutzman (Dusty) of Arnold, Amber Harvey (Brian) of Wichita, Carl Levy (Julie) of Champion, Nebraska, William Harvey, Deana Harvey, Aubree Stutzman, Alexsis Stutzman, Abigail Stutzman and Collins Levy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
