It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alejandra Bustos De Cruz of Grainfield, Kansas, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Atilano Bustos and Maria Bustos (Figueroa); and her brothers, Antonio Bustos Figueroa, Alfredo Bustos Figueroa and Francisco Atilano.
She is survived by: her husband Jose Manuel Cruz of Grainfield; her children, Ana Dominguez (Ignacio) of Hoxie, David Cruz (Lorena) of California and Belen Fernandez (Jesse) of California; and her siblings, Artoro Bustos Figueroa and Natividad Sandoval. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home (1024 Sheridan Ave, Hoxie, KS 67740). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (924 17th St, Hoxie, KS 67740).
