He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Billinger and Barbara Billinger (Richmeier); his son Duane; and his siblings, Adolph, Pete, Louis, Bridget Mann, Lucine Horak, Dorothy Fagan, Clara Herman and Elaine Rome.
He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Stephen Billinger (Lori), Mark Billinger (Jessica), Debra Burton (Les), Tammy Mersch (Dennis) and Saundra Nickelson (Steven); and his sisters, Carolyn Whittman, Agnes Rome, Barbara Rome, Mary Anne Rome (Neil) and Shirley Kuppetz. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
