He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Ochs and Eleanor Ochs (Heier); his daughter Yvonne Zimmerman; and his siblings, John, Pete, Steve Ochs, Susanna Zerr, Rosie Goetz, Anna Mary Zerr and Esther Tanguay.
He is survived by: his wife Eulalia Goetz; his children, Donita Ochs of Hoxie, Sherri Wolf (Randy) of Hays, Randy Ochs of Park, Rick Ochs (Judy) of Park, Roger Ochs (Karen) of North Platte, NE, Jerilyn Rowe (Ken) of Wichita and Michelle Hoverson (Dan) of Valley Center, KS; his son-in-law Elmer Zimmerman of Hoxie; his grandchildren, Chad Zimmerman (Angela) of Colby, Mitchel Zimmerman of Lawrence, Shauna Elling (James) of Colby, Norman Zimmerman of Wichita, Rodney Zimmerman of Colby, Thomas Zimmerman (Jayme) of Quinter, Kevin Wolf (Stephanie) of McPherson, Tyler Wolf (Nichole) of Hays, Kristin Wolf of Hays, Luke Ochs (Amanda) of Quinter, Jesse Ochs of Denver, CO, Jordan Ochs (Lindsay) of Wichita, Kierra Larsen (Jack) of Omaha, NE, Jillessa McMullen (Torey) of Anselmo, NE, Chase Ochs of North Platte, NE, Karson Rowe of Houston, TX, Kortney Rowe of Wichita, Ryan, Dylan and Nathan Hoverson of Valley Center, KS; and his brother Billy Ochs of Park. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
