He was predeceased by: his parents, George Werth and Rosemary Werth (Rohr); and his brothers-in-law, Steve Roberts and Bernard Schreiner. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Schreiner; his children, Garrett Werth (Kristal) of Quinter, Brady Werth (Jennifer) of Colwich, Reid Werth (Jessica) of Quinter and Kylie Hampton (Alec) of Wichita, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Sydney, Colt, Madelynn, Maria, Brinley, Jordan, Paul, Karter, Evie Werth and Gianna Hampton; and his siblings, Tim Werth (Mary) of Overland Park, Kansas, Sharon Roberts of Manhattan, Lunette Werth of Fort Collins and Debra Bisnette (David) of Manhattan.
