Virginia Rathbun Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Rathbun of Gorham, Kansas, born in Russell, Kansas, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonse Hammersmith and Silverina I. Hammersmith (Quint); her siblings, Marvin Hammersmith and Darlene Mattas; and her daughter-in-law Kristin Rathbun (Miller).
She is survived by: her husband James L. Rathbun; her children, Jason Rathbun (Dawn), Beth Fyler (Ron) and Joy Hohmann (Scott); and her brother Alfred Hammersmith (Mary). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Social distancing and wearing masks will be required at the visitation and funeral services.
