He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Colette Driscoll, Alvin and Lillian Rein. He is survived by: his close friend Dustin Poche; his parents, Jerry Driscoll and Patty Driscoll; his brothers, Brody Driscoll (Courtney), Casey Driscoll (Kayla) and Ryan Driscoll (Alex); his nephew Chase Driscoll; and his nieces, Vayda, Maycie and Savanna Driscoll.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to the Matthew R. Driscoll Memorial Fund and sent in care of the mortuary.
