She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Oldham; her father-in-law Rex Smith; her grandparents, Forrest, Regina Whipple, Lois Crist, Viola, Jerome Janousek, Royce and Blanche Smith; her aunts and uncles, Kim Armbrister, Judy Hadley, Joyce Meyer, Larry Oldham and Clifford Whipple; and her cousins, Loyd Whipple, Jennifer Whipple, Grant Winslow and Brent Oldham.
She is survived by: her mother Regina Oldham (Whipple); her mother-in-law Colleen Smith; her grandfather Dale Crist; her sister Hailey Oldham; and her siblings-in-law, Jandi Smith and Spencer Smith. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Rachel was very passionate about blood and organ donation.
