He was predeceased by: his parents, William Minor and Evelyn Wininger (Foreman); his son William Michael Wininger, Jr. (Billy); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Cox and David Doty.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Marie (Suzie); his wife Terry; his grandchildren, Ty and Nicole Zubrod; his sons, Jeremy, Zachary and Anthony; his sister Sandra Doty; his nephews, Jacob and Aaron; and also James Mocek.
