He is survived by: his wife Kristy Rubio of Goodland, KS; his children, Cory Rubio (Andrea) of Goodland, KS, Tanner Rubio (Michelle Killmon) of Thorton, CO and ShayAnn Rubio of Goodland, KS.; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Rubio, Lexi Rubio, Briella Rubio, Caleb Killmon and Bryce Rubio.
