He is survived by: his spouse Tamara Miller; his daughters, Angie Holloway (Eddie) of Briggsdale, CO, Christina Burgess (Justin) of Scotts Bluff, NE, Kimberly Clark (R. C.) of Ellinwood, KS and Courtney Knox (Dusty) of Goodland, KS; his grandchildren, Makala, Makenna Fogg, Montana Noffsinger, Kenadie, Ashlynn, Triston Burgess, D. J., Deegan Knox, William, Janika Clark, Mackenzie and Mason Holloway; and his great grandchild Kaydence Endicott.
