He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee E. Shank and Leola J. Shank (Schwindt); and his sister Katherine. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Musil (Casey) of Louisburg, KS and Cade Shank of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Megan Scott of Hays, KS, Hannah Jones of Hays, KS and Zachary Musil of Louisburg, KS.; his siblings, Duane Shank (Carol) of Stillwater, OK, Deanne Ficken (John) of Bison, KS and Dale Shank (Lorrie) of Basehor, KS; and his aunt Thelma Fiala of Bison, KS.
