It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie R. Pennington of Goodland, Kansas, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin Phifer and Ruby Phifer (Bateman); and her cousin Diane Mowry. She is survived by: her husband Tony Pennington; her sons, RJ Phifer and Randy Cochran (Danielle) of Norcatur, KS; her stepchildren, Dustin Pennington (Ashley) of Oklahoma City, OK and Jennifer Pennington (Zach) of Goodland; her grandchildren, Robert Traxel, Raiden, Dezirae Phifer, Anthony and Kathrine Whitten; and her siblings, Deb Brown (Kent) of Oberlin, Lonnie Phifer (Amy) of Hammond, IN, Danny Phifer of Phoenix, AZ, Melody Okeson of Montrose, CO and Kathy Noel of Logan, KS.
