He was predeceased by: his father Earl R. Campbell; and his son Matthew Campbell. He is survived by: his mother June J. Campbell (Bergman) of Goessel; his children, Billie Jo Burnett of Hutchinson and Kyle Campbell of Hutchinson; and his siblings, Rhonda Ewertz (Jim) of Sterling, Rick Campbell (Connie) of Canton, Rita Krehbiel (John) of Ottawa, Roger Campbell (Marla) of Goessel and Robyn Campbell of Goessel. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
