He is survived by: his parents, Arnold T. and Marie Flaming Schmidt; his wife Darlene Schmidt of Goessel; his sons, David of Wichita, Robbie (Ruth) of Willard, MO and Greg (LaDonna) of Newton; and his brother Orville of Newton.
