Kanelakos of Arkansas City; her children, Emma, Isla and Maddox Ouellet; her brother Jay Kanelakos (Echo); her niece Skylar; her nephews, Damien Daniels and Kash Kanelakos (Adam Rush) of Winfield; her sister Taylor Kanelakos of Arkansas City; her grandparents, Donna Graham, Jack, Donna Blatchford of Arkansas City and Rachel Sanderson of Sun City, AZ; and her stepsiblings, Garrett Sanderson, Cheyenne Hampton and Lilly Titchenell.
