He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bill (Georgia), Sherri (Burden) and Rick; his parents, Floyd and Doris; and his daughter Pamela.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Johnny (Kim) of Goddard, Diana Neuway (Greg) of Goddard, Wanda Archuleta (Albert) of Wyoming, Mike of Wichita, David (Tammy) of Wichita, Gerald (Ericka) of Haysville and Sam (Jennifer) of Wichita. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
