He was predeceased by: his parents, James Talley and Geneva Talley. He is survived by: his wife Jannette; and his children, LaVona Weppler, Patricia Smith (Rick), Tammy Pruitt (Dillan), Tammie Parker (Jim) and Troy Asper (Tina). He is also survived by 9 siblings; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
