He is survived by: his parents, George William, Jr. and Janet Lee Palmer (Brown) of Medicine Lodge; his children, Benjamin of Wichita, Ashley of Wichita, Shelby of Wichita, Laine of Wichita and Grant Palmer of Wichita; his grandchildren, Oliver of Wichita, Charlie Palmer of Wichita, Braedon of Wichita and Braxton Bradley of Wichita; his siblings, Brad Palmer of Heath, Texas and Jody Packard (Randy) of Kingman; his partner's children, Daniel and Emily Heironimus; his nieces and nephews, Alexa, Andrew Palmer, Kristyn, Mitchell, Kyndra and Karli Packard; his great-niece Kourtlyn Lang; and also Paige Bliss.
