He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosella Suter and Maurice DePoy; his stepparents, Milton Suter and Iona DePoy; and his sister Carla Doxon.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen DePoy; his daughter Tyleigh Mattison (Christopher) of Hutchinson, KS; his grandchildren, Amaleigh and Joleigh; his stepdaughter Jamie Conn (Chris) of Beloit, KS; his stepgrandchildren, Braydon, Sydnie and Trace; his stepson Joel Lomax (Mandy) of Solomon Rapids; his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa, Kaden, John, Jordan, Cora and Silas; his daughter Jacki Watkins (Terry) of Murdock; his brothers, Dan DePoy of Cawker City, KS, Allen DePoy (Brenda) of Cawker City, KS, Wes DePoy (Cindy) of Beverly, KS and Carl Suter of Cawker City, KS; and his brother-in-law Kurt Doxon of Edson, KS.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews.
