John Stover Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Stover of Glen Elder, Kansas, who passed away on December 31, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Everett and Sarah Stover (Lowe); his wife Carol; his former wife Barbara; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Stover; his siblings, Phillip Stover (Smokey) and Mildred Lutz (Jo-Jo); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Withers, Tyke Newcomb, Charlie Lutz, Beverly Stover and Loretta Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Marcia Linton of Glen Elder, Greg Linton of Cawker City, Kevin Stover (Denise) of Concordia, Carla McPeak (Marty) of Glen Elder and David Stover (Lynda) of Buffalo; his sister Judie Withers of Wichita; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Stover of Colby and Ray Terry of Glen Elder. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Kansas Masonic Foundation or Downs Care & Rehab Center.
