He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frank and Pauline Louise Kohler Stouffer; and his grandson James Russell Trotter. He is survived by: his children, Allen Dale Stouffer (Lisa), Angela Ann Trotter (Steve) and Carl James Stouffer (Sherri); his grandchildren, Anthony Trotter (Lyndie), Rachel VonFeldt (Scott), Cody Trotter, Erin Sims (Ryan), Brandon Stouffer (Alexis), Joseph Trotter (Stacy), Tyler Trotter, Lucas Stouffer (Megan) and Shelby Stouffer; and his brothers, Ronald Stouffer (Marcia), David Stouffer (Janice) and Eldon Stouffer (Gladys). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
