Gene Mick Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Mick of Glen Elder, Kansas, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Mick and Ann Mick (Thummel); his stepfather Gilbert Greiner; and his siblings, Richard, Randy Mick, Betty Hilgers, Millie Mick and Lois Otto.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his mother-in-law Geneva Winkel; his children, Wendy Vowinckel of Rio Rancho, NM, Adam Vowinckel (Jody) of Glen Elder and Nathan Vowinckel (Jini) of Carbondale, KS; his grandchildren, Autumn, Austin, Olivia, Samuel and Neala Vowinckel; his siblings, Lee Mick (Denelle) of Cawker City, Rita Moritz of Cawker City and Marilyn Mills (Dan) of Gorham; and his sister-in-law Marcia Mick of Concordia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Face masks and social distancing will be required.
Memorials may be given to the Church or the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery Fund.
