Francis Stramel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2024, at the age of 92, Francis Stramel of Glen Elder, Kansas, born in Hays, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Francis leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemens Stramel and Anna Gibler Stramel. He is survived by: his wife Rita Flinn; his children, Dallas Stramel, Mica Stramel, Melissa Hunt, Jeryl Smith (Ron), Judith Aller (Jim) and Jay Flinn (Ronna Chitwood); and his brother James Stramel. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Downs Care & Rehab Center or Glen Elder American Legion Post #143.
