He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Mills and Anna Mills (Ireland); his stepfather Edward Collins Sr.; his siblings, Johnny, Milton, Willie and Joann; and his brother-in-law Phil Swenson.
He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Michelle Brown (Eric) and Michael Mills; his grandson Jacob Brown; his siblings, Ed Collins, Jr., Jackie Alcorn (Marion) and Janice Swenson; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Wells and Margaret Collins.
Memorials may be made to the church or the Glasco V.F.W. and be left in care of the funeral home.
