He is survived by: his parents, Clive Orland and Ruth LeAnna Cramer (Haddock); his child Glasco; his sisters, Jana Fitzgerald of Philadelphia, PA, Candace Nichols (Ron) of Overland Park, KS, Lissa Faye Windhorst (Dave) of Olathe, KS and MaryKris Roberson (Derrick) of Manhattan, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick Fitzgerald (Stephanie), Keelie Fitzgerald, Kathleen Fitzgerald, Rebecca Ford (Clay), Evan Nichols (Ashley), Kurt Nichols (Maggie), Mark Nichols, Caroline Nichols, Andy Windhorst (Lauren), Aaron Windhorst (Christie), Abby Windhorst, Ellen DeBord (Blair) and Annie Roberson.
