He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Pounds and JoAnn Pounds (Smoot); his stepfather Sheldon Annis; his sister Donna Jo Pounds (Janette); and his children, Kerri, Kaleb and Kyle.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Henderson; his children, Kristen Pounds of Phillipsburg, Kimberly Peterson (Joe) of Lindsborg and Kody Pounds (Staci) of Great Bend; his grandchildren, Carter, Cameron Jenkins of Hays, Colton, Caydence Ewing of Phillipsburg, Kaden, Karly, Kora Pounds of Great Bend and Erik Peterson of Lindsborg; and his sisters, Frances Meyers and Shelley Harris (Michel Becker). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.
