He is survived by: his mother Jewell Chapman (John); his wife Jenifer; his children, Jessica Claycamp (Billy), Jaydra Ott (Coy), Hanna Ott (Sawyer) and Derek Liby; his grandchildren, Caleb, Aubrey Claycamp and Zoey Liby; and his siblings, Connie McMillan (Bruce), Wendy Walker (Kurt), David Liby, Scott Liby (Tracy), Greg Liby, Tracy Cooper (Lynn), Becky Bellows (Kris), Leanna Porter (Randy), Pattie Darnall and Ashton Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Wichita Cancer Foundation.
