It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy L. Baxter of Glade, Kansas, born in Phillipsburg, Kansas, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert D. Baxter and Dortha L. Baxter (Shields); his sons, Nate of Phillipsburg and Joe Baxter of Phillipsburg; and his brother Richard "Dick" Baxter of Clay Center, KS..
