She was predeceased by: her parents, Lovie Forrest and Ella Rowe (McElhany); her husband Kenneth L. Blalack; and her siblings, Wayne "Cowboy" Rowe, Howard Rowe, Gladys Iddings, Annabelle Rowe and Viola Rowe.
She is survived by: her children, Loyd Dean Blalack (Sharon) of Stillwater, OK and Susan Carmickle (Billy) of Girard, KS; her sister Mary Morris of Grove, OK; and her grandchildren, Damon Blalack, Brandy Miner, Andre Blalack, Sarah Carson, Michael Puckett and Janice Puffinbarger. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home & Cremation Service - Miami (1432 B St NW, Miami, OK 74354). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairland First Assembly of God (350 S Main St, Fairland, OK 74343).
