She is survived by: her children, Loyd Dean Blalack (Sharon) of Stillwater, OK and Susan Carmickle (Billy) of Girard, KS; her sister Mary Morris of Grove, OK; and her grandchildren, Damon Blalack, Brandy Miner, Andre Blalack, Sarah Carson, Michael Puckett and Janice Puffinbarger. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
