He was predeceased by: his son Bill Smith; and his siblings, Effie Mae Camp and Victor Dale Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Victor A. and Florence Smith (Elliott); his children, Gregg Smith (Terry) of Farlington, Jeff Smith (Kim) of Farlington, Joe Curran (Kim) of Farlington and Vicki Sue O'Brien (Martin) of St. Paul; and his brother Nels Smith of Mapleton. He is also survived by one grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
