He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Malnar and Betty Malnar (Howell); his wife Margaret E. "Missi" Malnar; his adoptive daughter Kimberly Ann Prager; and his pet Goliath.
He is survived by: his sister Vicki Curran of Coffeyville, KS; his grandchildren, Morgan Lee Prager, Kiersten Monique Crawford, Christian Shane Crawford, Adia Chanelle Johns, J'Naya Louise Logan and Basia Shiann Smith; his great grandchildren, Jakaiah Braelyn Crawford, Luca Lee Venturella and Zamir Akeem Pierce; his nephew Scott Curran; his adoptive daughter Christine Vincent; and his pet Kobe.
