He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hallacy and Mabel Hallacy (Stobart). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Jones; his children, Tim Hallacy (Traci) of Topeka, Kansas., Tom Hallacy (Melissa) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma., Mary Reif (Julius "Butch") of Girard, Kansas. and Sally Fair (John) of Platte City, Missouri.; his niece Lynn Bassette; his grandchildren, Alyssa Duncan (Kenny), Paige Hallacy, Megan Fair, Hayden Hallacy, Blake Hallacy, Harley Fair, Macy Reif, Carly Reif and Rylan Hallacy; and his great grandchildren, Andy Doyle, Myles Adelman, Mackenzie Duncan and Noelle Wendelken.
