He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Miller and Rose Irene Stout Miller; and his daughters, Robin and Barbra. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mitchell; his children, Jessica M. Miller and James O. Miller (Julia) of Joplin, MO; and his siblings, Lonna Miller of Oklahoma and Ray Miller (Georgie) of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
