She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Buck" Neil and Georgina Neil (Shipman); and her husband Mervin McElwain. She is survived by: her children, Jeff McElwain (Ellen Spinner) of Gilbert, Jan McElwain of Girard, Lisa Kress of McCune and Lori Schuler (Don) of Hindsville, Arkansas; and her siblings, Sandy Oplotnik of Girard and Rick Neil (Jenny) of Girard. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
