He is survived by: his wife Darla Goff; his daughter Michelle Kuglin (Sam); his granddaughter Emily; his daughters, Lauren Simmons and Kristen Durbin (Caleb); his mother Mary Jo Simmons; and his siblings, Jim Simmons (Angela), David Simmons (Louise), Mary Simmons-Deaver (Brenda) and Dr. Melinda Henne (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
