He was predeceased by: his son Robert Lewis; his grandson David Lange; and his brothers, Jerry Lewis and Ron Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Lorena Hopkins; his children, Tom W. Lewis (Brenda) of Girard and Cheryl Hill (Charlie) of Girard; his daughter-in-law Angela Lewis of Denver; and his siblings, Bill Lewis of Fort Scott and Beverly Peel of Fort Scott. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
