She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Alex Louderback and Ellen Louderback (Dyer); her husband Dr. William A. "Doc" Price; her sons, David Price (Gayle) of Girard and Bill Price (Bonnie) of Collierville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Stacy Kratz, Austin Price and Zachary Price; her great grandchildren, Emma Kratz and Maggie Kratz; and her siblings, Richard Louderback and Mary Hedrick.
