He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lester Waring, Sr. and Annie Marguerite Dobelbower Waring; his daughter Sheryl Waring; and his brother Donald Waring. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Arlene Smith; his children, Brenda O'Keefe of Eudora, KS and Richard Waring (Tracy) of Wilsey, KS; his sisters, Effie Mitchell of Fort Scott, KS, Mary Brown of Fort Scott, KS and Barbara Kellogg (Ronny) of Fort Scott, KS; and his grandchildren, Bailey Deshazer, Addison Goebel (Tristyn), Levi Waring, Michaela Safford and Peggy Darr (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Rinehart Christian Church and may be left in care of the Cheney Witt Chapel, PO Box 347, 201 S. Main St., Fort Scott, KS.
